bdbazzi Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire legal framework governing the relationship between bdbazzi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers, accesses, or uses any service offered through bdbazzi. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to your use of the Platform.

By accessing bdbazzi through any device, browser, or application, and by registering an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

bdbazzi provides an online platform for sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, and related entertainment services. The Platform is operated and maintained for players based in Bangladesh. All services, account management features, and customer communications are conducted in English. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Acceptance of Terms

Your acceptance of this Agreement is confirmed by any one of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process on bdbazzi; (b) logging into an existing account; (c) placing any bet, wager, or game stake; (d) making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal. These actions constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.

Amendments

bdbazzi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where a change materially affects player rights — in which case reasonable notice will be provided via registered email address or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To access the full range of services offered by bdbazzi — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and VIP programme participation — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each player may open and maintain only one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes to personal details must be submitted to the support team promptly. bdbazzi is not liable for any loss arising from outdated account information.
• Account credentials — including username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• bdbazzi reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

KYC Verification

As part of its commitment to security and compliance, bdbazzi operates a KYC verification process. Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of ownership for any payment method used. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal above ৳5,000.

Access to bdbazzi is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This platform is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. By registering an account or using any service on bdbazzi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you.

bdbazzi employs age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with this clause.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. bdbazzi recommends the use of recognised filtering tools available for all major browsers and operating systems.

All financial transactions on bdbazzi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit; higher-limit requests from VIP members are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player account within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• bdbazzi does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier; Diamond VIP members are eligible for negotiated limits.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is typically within 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted without verified documentation will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• bdbazzi reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, regardless of amount, if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

bdbazzi offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time of its publication.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player or account.
• bdbazzi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus terms, or void bonus funds at any time if it reasonably believes that a player is exploiting promotional structures in bad faith.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.

VIP Programme

The bdbazzi VIP loyalty programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Loyalty points are accumulated through real-money betting activity. Tier advancement is based on cumulative point thresholds. Rewards at each tier include weekly cashback percentages, elevated withdrawal limits, priority customer support, and exclusive tournament invitations. Full VIP programme terms are available on request from the support team.

All sports bets, live in-play wagers, and casino game stakes placed on bdbazzi are subject to the following rules. These rules apply to all markets, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, international football, basketball, kabaddi, and all other sports listed in the betting lobby.

Bet Placement

• Bets are only accepted when a player has sufficient cleared funds in their account to cover the total stake. Bets placed on insufficient funds will be voided.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections — including event, market type, and stake — before confirming a bet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data feed latency. bdbazzi reserves the right to void in-play bets where an outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.
• Minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and player account tier.

Void Bets and Cancellations

• Bets may be voided by bdbazzi in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours; market suspension due to confirmed irregular activity; manifest errors in odds pricing; incomplete or abandoned events where no official result can be determined.
• Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full. No winnings are paid on voided bets.
• bdbazzi does not accept liability for results published in error by official data providers. Where official sporting body results are revised after initial publication, settled bets will be re-evaluated accordingly.

Prohibited Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbazzi and will result in account suspension, bet voiding, and possible permanent closure: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools; arbitrage betting conducted in conjunction with other platforms to exploit price differences; match-fixing or insider knowledge betting; and the use of any technical vulnerability or software error to gain an unfair advantage.

Players may request the closure of their bdbazzi account at any time by contacting the support team at support at bdbazzi. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus balances and points not yet converted to withdrawable funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by bdbazzi

bdbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• Self-exclusion request, whether voluntary or as a responsible gaming measure.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bdbazzi staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed by bdbazzi due to confirmed fraud or terms violation, all balances — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and accumulated VIP points — may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to misconduct, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player after deduction of any pending charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbazzi, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from problem gambling; technical outages, service interruptions, or data loss; errors in odds, game outcomes, or result displays caused by third-party data providers; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials; or decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Service Availability

bdbazzi endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or third-party service failures — may result in temporary service interruptions. bdbazzi will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory consumer rights.
